A collaborative exhibit of the art work of the five Catholic elementary schools of the Greater New Bedford area was on display in the Douglass Gallery at Gallery X, April 6 – 17th . The schools participating in the exhibit are St. James-St. Johns School, Holy Family-Holy Name School, and All Saints Catholic [...] Students from the five GNBCS Elementary School gathered for a leadership seminar for Student Ambassadors, led by student ambassadors from Bishop Stang High School. Focus was placed on learning how to speak in public, how to present oneself in a friendly and personable manner, how to make others feel comfortable, how to conduct a great [...] GNBCS students from the five elementary schools gathered with Bishop Stang Campus Ministry Students to show Respect for Life in prayer and song. The Rally began with the celebration of the Mass by Fr. John Phalen, CSC, followed by praise and worship lead by musicians from the Pro-Life Apostolate and Bishop Stang. After the [...] GNBCS Chorus students participated in the Christmas Concert at Bishop Stang High School on December 10th. GNBCS Chorus is a collaborative activity open to students who are members of their Catholic school chorus. |
