In celebration of Catholic Schools Week the Greater New Bedford Catholic elementary schools joined with the students of Bishop Stang High School in a joint FIAT (Faith in Action Together) project. The FIAT Book Drive was a huge success and the students collected an astonishing 3500 children’s books which were donated to an inner city [...] In celebration of Catholics Schools Week, Grade 6, 7, and 8 students from Greater New Bedford Catholic Schools gathered at Bishop Stang High School to be inspired by the faith witness and awesome music of Tony Melendez.
